01. Information you provide

When you submit the free website preview request form, we collect your name, business name, business email, business phone number, and any optional business address or location details you choose to provide.

Do not include sensitive personal information in these fields.

02. How we use it

We use your submitted information to review your request, assess whether we can offer a complimentary preview, and contact you about that request or a possible website project. Submitting information does not automatically establish a client relationship or guarantee that a preview will be prepared.

03. Form processing and notifications

Form submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party form service. The submitted fields are transmitted to Formspree for processing and may be stored in its submission dashboard and delivered as email notifications to Saltra.

As of this policy's update, Formspree lists a 30-day submission archive for its free plan. This is a dashboard archive limit, not a promise that emailed copies or other records are automatically deleted after 30 days. Formspree's own policies and applicable settings govern its processing.

04. Data storage and retention

We have not specified a fixed retention period for information received through the website. Copies contained in notification emails or business communications may remain outside Formspree's dashboard archive. To ask about information you submitted, including a correction or deletion request, contact vince@saltra.co.

05. Website technology

This site does not intentionally use advertising trackers, analytics scripts, tracking pixels, or client-side advertising cookies. Its core pages are static files hosted on Cloudflare Pages. The hosting provider and Formspree may process routine technical information, such as IP addresses and request metadata, as part of delivering their services, security, and form processing.

The website includes no third-party font or photo hosting requests; its imagery and stylesheet are served locally from its hosting environment.

06. Third-party services

Hosting is provided through Cloudflare, and form processing through Formspree. Those providers operate under their own privacy notices. The Saltra site may also link to other websites, which have separate practices.

07. Questions and updates

For questions or requests about information you submitted through Saltra, email vince@saltra.co. We may update this policy if site features or data-handling practices change. The date at the top identifies the current version.
